Operating across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, SHIFT empowers inclusive Fintech ventures to strengthen their business models, attract investment, and expand their social impact.

Our Role in Africa
In Africa, Africa Skills Hub (ASH) leads regional implementation, providing technical assistance, peer learning facilitation, and investor engagement. ASH ensures Fintechs receive the ecosystem support needed to scale inclusive financial
innovations for women and marginalized communities.
