Who Are We?

Africa Skills Hub is a development and social enterprise-oriented organization that creates economic and skill-based opportunities for Africa’s youth and women.

Since 2016, we have impacted directly, over three hundred (300) young graduates to obtain skills and jobs; over two thousand (2000) small and medium enterprises provided with entrepreneurship training; over five thousand (5000) women empowered through our economic empowerment initiatives; and over twelve thousand five hundred (12500) empowered through community dialogues and engagement.

Why Work With Africa Skills Hub (ASH)

ASH is committed to pioneering a grassroots developmental approach with the youth and women in various communities. We are at the forefront of implementing progressively the african union’s agenda 2063 and the united nations sustainable development goals 2030.

These goals are 1 – no poverty, 4 – quality education, 5 – gender equality, 8 – decent work and economic growth, and 17 – partnerships for the sdgs through various forms of education, entrepreneurship, and engagement.

We have a vibrant women-led team with a combined experience of great years delivering on programs and initiatives which strongly focus on gender equality, gender-based violence, and sexual reproductive health rights.

Our team is also responsible for championing our women economic empowerment initiatives designed to see over ten million girls and women empowered in the next two decades (2020-2040).

As a show of dedication to this cause, ASH has a staff composed of 70% women and continues to give women opportunities to lead our various initiatives on gender equality, financial inclusion, covid-19 resilience, business support, etc. Under the auspices of local government, development agencies, and international partners.
