She obtained a PhD in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ghana in 2003 and has since explored what other countries discuss on the subject.

Effective project leader and development management consultant with more than 30 years of experience in program design and management, policy analysis, small and medium enterprise development, strategy, business planning, finance, project monitoring and evaluation in West Africa.

SOLOMON DONKOR KWAME
Seasoned Finance Professional with over 20 years of experience managing donor funds in the non governmental sector. Expertise in financial management, tax planning, cash flow forecasting, payroll management, and grant administration. Adept at overseeing large-scale budgets and aligning financial strategies with organizational objectives.
A certified member of CGMA/ACMA, ICAG, and CGIA. Led financial oversight for major global projects funded by Gates and Foundation, USAID, DFID, UKAID, UNICEF, FHI360, Global Fund, UNHCR, WFP, UNDP, BHA, USDA among others, achieving seamless grant administration and consistent donor satisfaction. Successfully streamlined financial processes, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while enhancing audit readiness and compliance. Supported by advanced education, including an MBA in Accounting and Finance.

ADADZEWA OTOO KOTTOH
Adadzewa Otoo Kottoh is currently the Project Director of Retail Finance Distribution (ReFinD) is a research initiative that focuses on deepening digital financial inclusion for women, poor households, SMEs, and other retail businesses in low and middle-income countries. She worked at the Alliance for Financial Inclusion’s global headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where she was a Policy Specialist providing technical support to central banks and financial sector regulators to make financial systems more inclusive.

Nadi Albino has over 20 years of experience in international development. Working intimately in the fields of Education, Youth, Early Childhood Development (ECD), and much of the social sector, Ms. Albino has gained proven competencies in program management, coordination, and delivery, in collaboration with the government and the private sector. She has an in-depth perspective on African development issues, a strong track record of advancing gender equality, and has worked in fragile, post-conflict, and emergency environments.

Proven ability to seek out opportunities to grow portfolio, funding, and program commitments, whilst building trusting and sustainable long-term relationships with partners, donors, community organizations, and governmental and legislative bodies.

Nodumo is passionate about developing and implementing IT / ICT Business Strategies that harness the opportunities for the end users. she has 20-plus years of experience in aligning IT / ICT Strategies to the needs of higher educational institutions, agricultural communities, and the private sector. Nodumo also enjoy mentoring young girls and women to become proficient users of emerging IT / ICT tools. She understand user needs assessment, process re-engineering, and solution modeling.

DANIEL AMOAKO ANTWI
Daniel Amoako Antwi is the Executive Director of the Africa Skills Hub Foundation, a development and social enterprise-oriented organization based in Ghana that works with public, private, and the third sector across Africa to create economic opportunities for Africa’s youth and women.
Experienced tri-sector leader in youth, women, and MSME development, Daniel has consulted for several pan-African multilateral and bilateral organizations including UNDP Africa, AUDA -NEPAD, ILO, UN Women Africa, MasterCard Foundation, Smart Africa Secretariat, and Global Citizen Africa in various programs around human capital development.
