Sustainable Agribusiness Management

The Sustainable Agribusiness Management course provides a holistic understanding of sustainable agriculture practices, resource efficiency, waste management, ethical and social responsibility, sustainable supply chain management, and agribusiness innovation.

Social Media Masterclass

The Social Media Masterclass for Agric Startups offers participants a comprehensive understanding of effective social media usage for agribusiness, including content creation, platform mastery, and strategies for measuring and improving social media impact.

Financial Literacy

The Financial Literacy Course provides essential knowledge for participants to grasp the significance of financial management, differentiate personal and business accounts, understand costing and pricing strategies, utilize e-commerce for business growth, analyze financial standings, and develop a strategic vision for their businesses.

Entrepreneurship and Business Development

This course covers the basics of entrepreneurship and differentiates between traditional businesses and startups. It helps participants develop leadership and business planning skills, with a focus on the Ghanaian business environment. The course also emphasizes the importance of building a sustainable business for long-term success.

Climate Smart Agriculture

This course offers participants a deep understanding to master resilient farming, climate change fundamentals, sustainable land use, and water management.

Starting Agric Business (START-A-BIZ)

START-A-BIZ Training program provides entrepreneurial and business training using experiential learning methodologies, simulations, structured discussions, and peer-learning techniques. The program aims to encourage enterprising behavior in youth, particularly women, and equip them with technical knowledge and managerial skills

Empowering Women in Agriculture Business (EWIA)

Our goal is to create employment opportunities for SMEs in agriculture and related industries. We aim to teach young people agricultural-business skills and build their self-esteem, particularly among young women. We strive to stimulate economic activity and provide disadvantaged youth and SMEs with resources to succeed

Employable Skills

This course provides learners with employable skills that reflect the demands of the changing job market. It focuses on communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, continuous learning, emotional intelligence, and cultural competency, all recognized as crucial employable skills.

Who We Are

Africa Skills Hub (ASH) is a development and social enterprise-oriented organization that creates economic and skill-based opportunities for Africa’s youth and women.

Since 2016, ASH has directly impacted over three hundred (300) young graduates to obtain skills and jobs; more than three hundred and fifty (350) young women to obtain digital skills, over 100 MSMEs in the Agribusiness Value chain, over two thousand (2,000) small and medium enterprises provided with entrepreneurship training; over five thousand (5,000) women empowered through our economic empowerment initiatives; and over twelve thousand five hundred (12,500) empowered through community dialogues and engagement.
